Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LearningFirst, including our website, reading experience, learning reports, certificates, account features, subscription features, and related services. LearningFirst is operated by EAE International.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing paid content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown at checkout or inside the product. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Learning Content and Digital Access

The service provides digital learning content and related tools for personal learning, review, and study. Access to some content or features may require an active subscription, purchase, invitation, or other entitlement. We may update, add, remove, reorganize, or restrict content and features as part of normal product development, content maintenance, legal compliance, or operational needs.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans, Starter Pass access, billing cycles, renewal behavior, cancellation, failed payments, and subscription-specific refund rules are governed by our Subscription Terms. By starting a subscription or Starter Pass, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the plan terms shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions and paid digital access are handled under the Subscription Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply by law.

6. User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as notes, reports, messages, feedback, or other materials. By submitting content to the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. If you submit suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, unless we separately agree otherwise.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-download content without permission, share paid account access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, software, learning content, reports, certificates, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred to you. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial learning unless we provide written permission for another use.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payments, analytics, hosting, communications, and other operations. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card details.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, legal, business, or technical reasons. We may update these Terms from time to time, and material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable means.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic, professional, examination, financial, or personal outcomes. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, used the service unlawfully, or failed to pay amounts due. You may stop using the service at any time, and subscription cancellation is handled according to the Subscription Terms.
