One-Time Purchase Terms

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These terms apply when you buy or claim an individual collection or bundle on LearningFirst. They supplement our Terms of Service. Subscriptions and Starter Pass access are governed by separate Subscription Terms.

1. Your Item and Payment

A one-time purchase applies to the specific collection or bundle shown at checkout. A bundle includes the collections or other items listed as part of that bundle. The item, price, currency, and availability details shown at checkout control your order. This purchase does not start a subscription or renew automatically. A free claim has no payment charge.

The person completing checkout is the Purchaser and must be authorized to use the selected payment method. By selecting the required acknowledgements and continuing to payment, the Purchaser accepts these terms and authorizes LearningFirst and its payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. The agreement for a paid item becomes effective when payment is successfully completed or authorized.

2. Access and Pre-Orders

After a completed purchase or free claim, the item is associated with the purchasing account. An available collection or bundle can be accessed without an active platform subscription, subject to any access rules shown for that item. A pre-ordered collection is unavailable until it is published. Its expected delivery window is shown at checkout, and it becomes accessible to the purchasing account when it is ready.

3. Refunds for Paid Items

You may request a refund for a one-time digital content purchase only within 7 days after purchase and only if no purchased content has been opened, read, consumed, downloaded, or otherwise used. For bundles, this no-use requirement applies to the bundle and every included collection or item. Once we record any access, reading progress, quiz activity, credit or certificate activity, or other learning activity for the purchased content or included bundle content, the purchase is non-refundable.

An approved refund cancels the corresponding purchased access. Refunds cover only the eligible content purchase amount. Third-party payment processing fees, Stripe fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, foreign transaction fees, and other external charges are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our confirmed billing or technical error. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply by law.

4. Payment and Support

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. If a payment fails, access may be restricted until the issue is resolved. For questions about an order or refund, use the in-product contact page or email contact@learningfirst.io.
