Account deletion
Delete your LearningFirst account and related data
This page explains how users of LearningFirst, provided by DAO OF KNOWING PTE. LTD., can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. For security, the deletion request must be completed after signing in to the account.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the LearningFirst account you want to delete.
- Open Account Settings. The button above sends you directly there after login.
- Select the account deletion option and request an email verification code.
- Enter the verification code sent to the email address on the account.
- Type the confirmation phrase shown on the page, then confirm deletion.
Data deleted or anonymized
When the deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account information such as profile identity, login credentials, personal settings, active sessions, and other data directly tied to operating the user account.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained in anonymized, aggregated, or restricted form where needed for certificates, learning record integrity, billing and transaction records, security logs, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or system integrity. We retain this information only as reasonably needed for those purposes.
If you cannot sign in
If you cannot access your account, contact us at contact@learningfirst.io. Include the email address associated with your LearningFirst account so we can verify the request before taking action.
Account deletion is permanent. After deletion, you will be signed out and may lose access to learning history, paid entitlements, reports, and account-specific records except where retained as described above.
